 HTMT 360 

 Adventure Tourism focuses on the operation, management, and marketing of tourism operators focused on leisure activities that takes place in an unusual, exotic, remote, or wilderness destination associated with high levels of involvement and activity by the participants in an outdoor setting. The course destination for this international course is Banff National Park, a World Heritage Site, along the provincial borders of British Columbia and Alberta Canada. 

 The Program is being offered Spring Semester 2017. The course content is delivered online during the full-semester and requires face-to-face participation during Spring Break 2017 (March 4-12, 2017). The Program fee for the 9-day international trip is $3,500 and includes air transportation, 5-day lift tickets, equipment rentals, 3 excursions, daily meals, lodging, and ground transfers at the destination.

 Applications are managed via the Center for International Education. 
Interested students must meet with Professor Jeremy Clement or Dr. Brumby McLeod for consideration. HTMT 210 is a prerequisite for the course.
 *Enrollment in the HTMT 360 course is not required for attendance on the Spring Break excursion, alumni, industry partners, and non-course credit seeking students are welcome to apply and join the adventure!*
